Who is the platform for?

How is this different from a regular bank account or a property manager?
Regular banks don’t know which property a transaction belongs to; property managers don’t hold operating capital. Summit collapses the financial and operational layers into one ledger keyed on the property — so every acquisition, contractor payment, and rental check has a home automatically.
Is this a real bank?
No — this prototype represents the product vision. In production, Summit would partner with a chartered bank (BaaS partner) for the underlying account custody; the Summit layer is the property-aware operating system on top.
